Orienteering in the agenda for Sunday

With the discipline orienteering on Sunday, the sports events organized by the Municipality of Ruse supported by the clubs SKKK "Lokomotiv", SK "Dalyan" and SK "Compass-Cross" from Ruse within the framework of the sports Euroforum "Sports4GreenDeal", funded under the Erasmus Programme.

Competitors in sports orienteering participated in three starts with a total of 663 human participations, and 27 clubs. Prominent athlets in orienteering  from Germany, the Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Turkiye, Serbia and clubs from Bulgaria ran the interesting and technical routes of Lesopark "Lipnik".

In the afternoon, the guests visited the "Rusenski Lom" Nature Park. Along with the nature and culture of the protected territory, the participants learned about the various sports events - orienteering starts, cross-country runs, ultramarathon, which take place on the diverse relief of PA Polomie.
