On September 18, seminar on "The empowering power of outdoor sports and physical activity" were held in the "Culture" hall. The presentation of Stanislav Samuilov - an employee in the Municipality of Ruse and initiator of a sports program for children with disabilities - made an exceptional impression on the guests. Good practices were also illustrated with a presentation of the work of the "Alexander Rusev" Foundation and the various initiatives in its support. The example of the Guinness record set by Teodor Tsvetkov - an employee of the Municipality of Ruse in swimming 10 km with one arm was highly appreciated by those present.
